am fed up with torturing old people when they are dying.
i have knackered my back and it really hurts
and now i have lurgy up my nose and feel unclean
if i quit what shall i do to pay the bills?

Can't offer any helpful advice, sorry, but just wanted to say I sympathise. I've worked as a carer in residential and nursing homes and it sucks. I really feel for you. Hopefully you'll feel better once you're cold has gone.
