Why can't they give you a time? Or at least tell me whether it's morning or afternoon. So on this nice sunny day I am stuck indoors waiting for this piggin' freezer to turn up rather than meeting my sister for lunch. Grrr.

At least you have got a day, i have been waiting in all week for a parcel that isnt even for me (for my parents) and i dont even know what it is!!!!

I presume they can't give you a time as they can't work out a route until they know all their drop offs.

I have in this situation called them the morning of the delivery to see if now they know the route do they have any idea what time they will be with me? Or to ask them to call me 30 mins before they come so that I can go out locally but know I can get hime in time for the delivery.

Poor you Mum2.Let's hope its something huge and expensive for you and your boys.

I have spoken to the company and they still can't give me a time. Will just have to console myself with drivel daytime tv, and lots of choccie biccies.
