to be relieved Children in Need is over, as I can't stand that Pudsey Bear.

Don't get me wrong - it is a fantastic charity. But everytime I see that bear I want to throw something at the telli - and I can't 'bear' to even say its name.

I would gladly pay the newsreaders NOT to do anything, it seems a poor excuse for them (especially Fiona Bruce who loves herself) to dress up in spandex and dance to Abba/Queen/Whoever!

sunnygirl1412 · 18/11/2008 14:16

He's not my favourite bear either, tartetatin - a bit too yellow and smug.

ipanemagirl · 18/11/2008 14:16

i dislike the bear too
noble work from all but I agree
and can't bear wogan either!

ipanemagirl · 18/11/2008 14:19

oh I AGREE about those bloody prancing newsreaders, so delighted with themselves!!!! So deluded and desperate! I'm sure someone will defend them on the grounds: "It's all in a good cause" but there is no defence for those vile attention seeking wannabes pillocking about!

sazzerbear · 18/11/2008 14:25

oh and forgot about Tess Daly, can't stand her either, she's nearly on tv as much as Myleene - leave it to Fearne! All those bands as well who are so blatantly there to plug latest album/single (apart from Take That-bless!) I'm off to calm down now after my rant!

ipanemagirl · 18/11/2008 14:26

sazzerbear TD looks weird now, like surgery-weird donchyathink?

sazzerbear · 18/11/2008 14:28

oh yes ipanemagirl, definitely - such an odd shade of orange as well!

NomDePlume · 18/11/2008 14:30

Children in Need is always toe-curlingly naffo to watch anyway.

WorzselMummage · 18/11/2008 14:30

Its shit TV too.

Thank God 4 weddings was on at the same time.

We went to mils the day after as Df was going computer game shopping and i wanted to get out of the house, she was watching a VHS she had recorded of CIN the night before, it was painfull... I abandoned DD there and found myself in bloody GAME with Df, the lesser of 2 evils.

ipanemagirl · 18/11/2008 14:32

I think she's had some kind of appalling eye-lift which is crazy @ her age! It just makes a really great looking woman look drugged and strangely a bit older than she is! So sad!

Apparently if anyone can tell you've had work then it's bad work!

tartetatin · 18/11/2008 14:32

TD does look a bit frozen - but she's a bit young for botox isn't she? Fearne is ok - for an 8yr old - I just don't believe she is a grown up woman (we are talking Cotton and not Britten aren't we?)

LOL!

sazzerbear · 18/11/2008 14:43

the little bit of "work" i've had done must be good as nobody's mentioned it!! lol - I wish!!

ipanemagirl · 19/11/2008 09:13
