YANBU but if you hate it that much you don't have to do it.
You can get a job.
I did it for 7 years and I loved every minute of it, but I can see that its not everyone's cup of tea.

Trip trap, you must be feeling so down, what with people being racist as well

maggottinfestedbodybag · 17/11/2008 22:01

What's stopping you jobhunting? Are you a single parent? If so you can get help (tax credits) towards childcare etc.

Tigurr · 18/11/2008 02:28

If you hate it that much, then go and get a job.

The thing is, some days I really don't enjoy being a SAHM. But then, pre-DC when I worked full-time I had days when I hated my "paid job" too.

If getting a paid job isn't an option, then look into what you can change about your SAHM "job" - what parts of it are getting you down? Is there anything you can change?

Get a job then
