Sorry think you misunderstood or i didnt make it clear, innocent people, not abusers could be affected as Cory pointed out.

A few people have already pointed out RL experiences where children have been removed because of severe abuse and the abuser has then gone on to have other children who remain there

Cory - Would you trust you MIL to look after someone elses kids?

'letting somebody out of prison is not the same as saying "this person can now be trusted with children" - It is if they are then allowed to have children of their own?
