Initially confused by OP, as where I come from goosegogs are gooseberries.

Just watched it on Youtube. It's a lovely ad, but goosepimples? Really? Maybe it's the media buying that's the real triumph, putting it in Four Weddings when everyone's feeling slushy, nostalgic and romantic.

Am not hard-hearted BTW - have been known to cry at an Oxo advert.
