We don't usually get take away on a school night as it is lousy on Mondays and tuesdays, but I am sure wednesdays are fine....

It is not so much I don't want to cook, as DH will do that hapily, its more that it is what I fancy and my appetite has been crap. Yesterday I ate an entire tub of cheesy mash as that is what I fancied . And a ton of lucozade.

Twims - that does look nice, but it means 1) going to shops for ingredients 2) getting Dh to cook it 3) not having all the shite in it that makes take-aways so tasty! 4) it is not dansak or Green chilli massala!

We are going to be good...we are just going to get two main dishes and 4 poppadom. We will do rice ourselves, have chappatis in already and have mango chutney and spiced tomato chutney in already.

How is that for a compromise between spending a fortune and spending a little?

I walked past the local Indian restaurant at lunch time. The smell always makes me drool.

I can smell it now [drools herself]. Not a good time to order - too early, will order when DD is in bed and DH will go get it so it is fresh (only up the road).

I have hardly eaten today but now I am starving!

thesockmonsterofdoom funny how little cravings can make us feel better when we are poorly isn't it? Yesterday it was mash. Helped by another MNer as I knew I wanted something specific just could not figure out what, until she said it!!! Then, that was all I wanted!

lol .. I wanted a chinese takeway and I am just deadly tired from being pregnant.

Still my husband wants us to have the Tesco convience meal rather than paying for a full blown chinese take away.

I didn't have it in the end, after all that. I had to go and lie down as I felt too unwell, and went to sleep, DH said I had a fever, and he left me to sleep.

I woke up at like 4am feeling very annoyed that I did not have my take-away! It means though that I will have it tonight, providing I can taste anything as I have now lost my voice and taste buds!

Something to look forward to.
