of charities to stand outside supermarkets waving 'comics' at little children and their charity tins in parents faces. Needless to say dd had a 'comic' and had the enjoyment of placing money in the tim.

dgmw, i'm all for charities and pay a fair amount to them each month by DD but I kind of object to this but was too embarrassed to say no.

it was a wwell known one - think brass bands parading through the streets with black and red uniforms
