Mumsnet is Evil it distracts me from my work

Me too Ping Ping, I am not even dressed yet. I logged on and told myself, just 5 minutes to see what's happening today....here I am half an hour later. Must get on..........

No sorry it IS evil I was only going to come here AFTER i did the housework. Again, nothing done and i'll be stressed and probably throw another tantrum in the supermarket. But it drew me back in........there is definately something sinister about it.

i have "left" twice (no lapin not flounced, left!) for this very reason - ok, well one reason was because i behaved badly and was embarrased.

I think maybe i should go cold turkey for a bit, as i truly honestly think i wou ldnt have tantrumed in the supermarket yesterday if i hadn't spent the whole morning getting riled about a thread that didn't even really affect me ........OK, so maybe that is MY problem.... but i do wonder how many people have got narked on here and let it affect their RL. Yes, definately some time out for me...........LEM wanders off to the naughty step AGAIN!

DaphneMoon I was the same came into work this morning thought just catch up quick on threads I have posted on see whats going on and have not done any work 1hr and 30mins later. I will be on Mumsnet now till 5.30pm

I think evil is over the top but yes the posters CAN BE a right load of bitches.

But they can also be nice and very amusing.
It is usually more entertaining when it kiks off though.
