To have the hump with my DH because of stuff I've read on here?

Am I a psycho or am I just being caught up in the emotion of some of the threads that I am reading? Because I want to give my DH a slap when he comes home because he is a man. And some men are twats.

Occasionally he can be a twat- ok REGULARLY he is a twat- but at the moment he is ok. So AIBU or does this happen to other people? Or do I just have issues?

Aw, you are being harsh. I appreciate my DH all the more when I read about some of the shite other MNers have to put up with.

Ok- I'm totally caught up in a thread that could be about me and DH. He is generally a lovely chap but when he gets it wrong, my word does he get it wrong. It is just making me think about a lot of stuff that has gone on between us.

Maybe take what you have read and bear it in mind for when he is next a twat?

Starbear · 06/11/2008 21:27

Coming on MN has stopped me having a go at my DH. Once I came on to rant about him and saw a thread about this git who did nothing to help his family. When my DH came home from Pub quiz night I kissed and hugged him (and other things)

YABU - I know I post on here one side of our relationship in the heat of the moment. My DH has been and can still be a jerk..... but a lot of the time he is fab.

There are some men who are total arses but they are in the minority thankfully. Be greatful that yours is not one of them.

Anifrangapani · 06/11/2008 21:30

greatful....what type of word is that?

mayorquimby · 06/11/2008 22:27

yep there are a lot of man haters on here and anti-male sexism is just accepted yet any hint of mysogyny or sexism from a man will have people bayingfor blood

BecauseImWorthIt · 06/11/2008 22:28

If you have seen something that makes you think about your relationship, surely this is the basis for having a conversation with your dh?

YANBU

Why, I'm only on here to while away the time until DH gets in form work, then I'm gonna start an argument.
