without it taking hours and hours of phone calls and online chats, call backs (that don't actually happen) and then them changing their mind and wanting credit card details in order for them to send the replacement part that they promised they had already sent. And then, when, after much arguing, I give them the bloody card details they decide that their is a problem with the product number and someone will call me back. Except they won't, will they?

I only want the power cord that they promised me.

Arghhhhh. I farking HATE call centres bloody computer companies.
