I've ordered some clothes from Fat Face, well quite a lot of clothes, came to about £110. Delivery time is stated as 4-6 days, its now been 7 days and I havent received them yet so rang up to be told that they have indeed been sent and there is nothing they can do for at least another 10 working days when they can declare the package lost with Royal Mail and re order the items again and send out to me. Now part of me understands they have to declare the item lost but it just seems a bit unfair that they wont send them out again until at least 19th November, which means I probably wont get until 27th November, which means I would have paid for the item and have to wait 1 month to get.
Ironically I have also order something else form another smaller co and that too hasnt arrived, spoke to them today and they said if it hasnt arrived by tomorrow they will send the items out again, so if a tiny company can do it why cant Fat Face.
