YANBU.

trixiethepixie · 31/10/2008 10:44

Depends what age he is.

noonki · 31/10/2008 10:46

is it not obligatory!

Bubbaluv · 31/10/2008 10:50

If he's 6 then fine, if he's 16 then YABU!

Geepers · 31/10/2008 10:52

I wouldn't let my children, purely for the fact that I am aware that some younger children are easily scared. I wouldn't want to traumatise another child when my child can just put the maskback on when we get to the car.

No yanbu - my dd (6) has already said she is dressing up in her witch costume and we are off shopping later

ewwwmy2shoesarefullofblood · 31/10/2008 11:08

yanbu

CharCharBaGOOOOOOORE · 31/10/2008 11:26

i am petrified of masks but wouldn't expect people not to wear them just for that reason. So YANBU, but if you see a woman running away screaming it might be me!

littleducks · 31/10/2008 11:34

if he is young and it is nt a very scary mask (ie no scream type) one than that is fine

but older kids in very scary rather than fun masks isnt really great

Troutpout · 31/10/2008 11:44

Agree with geepers

mumnosbest · 31/10/2008 11:45

Go for it. My 4 yr old wears his spiderman mask everywhere but he's swapped for a werewolf one (just for halloween!)
