I don't think that's unreasonable. Especially if she's known you for a while and knows about your allergies and if they're life-threatening or really uncomfortable.
Are you allergic to cats? Or a specific food? Or cigarette smoke? A GOOD friend should remember any of those.

PsychoAxeMurdererMum · 30/10/2008 21:52

well, you would think so wouldn't you!!

oh yes, and GOOD friend would not put you below her list of priorities like milk and remembering children and stuff........

Turniphead1 · 30/10/2008 22:03

details? All very vague....
(hate threads where you have to DRAG the info out...)

Jacksmama · 30/10/2008 22:04

Hmmm.... I think someone's pissed you off... but that's only a vague impression...

RustyBear · 30/10/2008 22:09

I think I remember you're allergic to a few things - isn't one of them apples or something? (Though I only remember that because it seems such an innocuous thing to be allergic to)

Do you mean Flame didn't remember?
Shame on Flame

(Poetry bug strikes again...)

PsychoAxeMurdererMum · 30/10/2008 22:10

well......

I will tell you then......

flame arranges stuff with us today, and forgets about my food difficulties allergies.

then askes me to a party tommorrow and almost bloody * about having told host about my allergies.........and then when I say weldone it transpires that she only told cos she was ASKED*!

I think it is all a ploy you see.....

she has said time and time again that she wants to get to STAB me

Spiderhammer · 30/10/2008 22:12

I have friends who don't believe in allergies. Grown, intelligent, otherwise very nice women. They think it's all in the mind. I'm past angry about this because I like them.

PsychoAxeMurdererMum · 30/10/2008 22:14

well, flame is lucky I love like her then

NightOfTheLivingThread · 30/10/2008 22:22

Wants to stab you with epipen? DH just got epipen and I am dying to have a go with it. You have to stab from 10 cm away, firmly. It would be like that scene in Pulp Fiction where Uma Thurman has to be stabbed in heart with syringe of adrenalin after ODing on heroin.

Am planning to waft allergenic guinea pig hay about the house.

FlameNPumpkins · 30/10/2008 22:24

Lunch - I was thinking about children

Party - I wasn't thinking about food at all, i was discussing fireworks.

PsychoAxeMurdererMum · 30/10/2008 22:24

flame almost drools at the thought of stabbing me

OP posts:
FlameNPumpkins · 30/10/2008 22:25

AND Psycho had a number for Hecate so could have told her herself rather than expecting me to do everything

PsychoAxeMurdererMum · 30/10/2008 22:27

I ad no number.......just an email.

OP posts:
PsychoAxeMurdererMum · 30/10/2008 22:28

I still think flame is trying to half kill me anyway, just so she can have free-reign with the stabbing epipen.....

OP posts:
FlameNPumpkins · 30/10/2008 22:28

You said you had a number the same time I did.

AND there was oodles of food for you!

Star1ightExpress · 30/10/2008 23:17

FlameNPumpkins · 30/10/2008 23:44

erm yes, allergies are all in the mind.

i will go rub a small allergic child with peanuts and tell him to think positive

Star1ightExpress · 30/10/2008 23:48

LOL I don't believe allergies are all in the mind, only the imaginary allergies that my friend has.

(They are tied up with her anorexia and personality disorder)
