baby is 6 and a half months, was fully breast fed for six months and is only just weaning now (although obviously today he has taken several leaps forward...blardy BLW)

luckily my DS had eaten the icing and taken the plastic spider off it....but I felt this still did not make it OK!

I weaned on fish n chips aged 8 months,apparently.Swiped em out of the greasy newspaper Dad had inhis hand.Still love em now!!!

unless your dh is plannign to wean the baby purely on greggs produce I feel you are being a little unreasonable.

I doubt it was planned.

They can move fast when you are not expecting it.

Well it's not quite like baby weaning itself on a dogturd, is it? I suppose there may be a slight reaction to the sugar or something, but then you can get a slight reaction to lots of virtuous things when weaning. Take a chill pill.

am feeling my organic cheesy lentils and veg in sauce (been making these all evening) has been somewhat a waste of time...I dont flinch when they get smeared/flicked/wiped in hair on the way to mouth with fingers...
but this is a slap in the face, swines all of them....
