Just happened to catch a bit of what ds (5) was watching this afternoon and there was a woman with incredibly over-inflated breasts which were the subject of great hilarity. Anybody else see it or was I hallucinating?

Didn't see it, but you probably weren't hallucinating. I see no end of completely inappropriate crap on kids' TV these days.

I was making the tea when my 5yr old shouted in 'Look she's got huge boobies' and I thought, what the hell, knew she was watching CITV so didn't understand until I looked and yes did think v strange.

well it made me laugh.

People often look at me like I was comming from Mars when I tell them I do sit down with my children to watch TV. It is unbelievable the amount of inapropriate stuff they are showing in "children" programms (definitely not designed by children for children!), going from meaningless violence to sexual inuendos, and the ADDS, well do not get me started there...

I'll definitely pay more attention from now on. I do try and keep an eye on what ds is watching and if possible limit it to a bit of cbeebies or cbbc, but have an 8wk old baby and visitors coming this weekend so have been leaving ds to his own devices somewhat. I know Citv tends to be less educational than the BBC channels but thought it was just harmless cartoons etc.
