Thanks for your emails. sorry for the delay in response we are currently answering the 15th of october emails as we get 300 a day and nobody wants to use the phone and people think we are ignoring them but we are not. there is only 2 of us running 2 shops so we rely on the phone ringing as we can talk while we wrap and put some parcels on priorty. we have sent this out on the 3rd of october and the post man should have left a card. you should have recieved this by now. can you tell me when the party is as i will send this out again. thanks

Not your problem they're over-stretching themselves trying to make maximum cash. Rude f*ers and unacceptable length of time to wait for something.

i use the internet as i hate phones so she'd get a fairly rude response from me on that one.

if they can't manage the workload they need to cut back on sales or hire help, simple as that.

it sounds like she's cross with you for not knowing that she's understaffed, and that you don't know the flaw in her system.
