I looked at your thread Harman but didn't have any useful contribution (unless you want me to tell you about my sister's lo's problem? not epilepsy, defo more sinister but resolved now)

ah well, that's what my niece had too but it was successfully removed (she was 1 3/4 at the time and is going on nicely now with no apparent ill effects (although she does have a permanent shunt in place)

Right - i have this problem too. I have developed a strategy to get more replies...

If you bump your thread in the daytime you are more likely to get replies. Check your thread every day so you can reply while the thread is still hot on other posters 'threads i'm on' lists - do not ever be ill, or god forbid, busy with RL, because you are missing out on chances to prompt more replies.

Last but not least, do not have a boring life like mine - start a thread involving something highly embarrassing or controversial and give it a title which will attract lots of attention.

Now if only i could think of something interesting to post about...
