It depends whether you are sensitive about weight or not. I wouldnt like it, but know I have issues with it.
My dad always calls my mum "fatty" as a term of affection, shes only a size 12 too, she doesnt mind.

Our song is 'Whatevershebringswesing' by Kevin Ayers, which has the wonderful line 'and you're very well fed - you're such a fat lady' . I was trying to lose weight at the time DP first played it for me, and am only a 12/14 anyway, so I took it as a joke - and it's a fantastic song despite that line .
