the eldest is 9 so is quite good at general household chores

I will swap the 13 year old for a single minded and pedantic 7 year old dd and a naughty naughty naughty 4 year old boy. She will have to be good with toddlers though. If you are lucky I will threw in some Kenyan sunshine.
