Next door are having a birthday party. It is a "high school musical" disco for 20 odd 7 year olds. Through the wall/window I can hear the blaring music/shreiking girls.

The thing is dd is over thereat the party (ds is asleep on the sofa and I wanted to enjoy the peace )

The 20 girls should be shrieking delicately into pillows and the subtitles should be switched on and the sound should be off and they should be dancing around on clouds of marshamallows to muffle the clodhopping.
