To not want to go on every flipping school trip!!!

Because Ds1 and Dd1 have Cerebral palsy, I am always asked if I can drop off the kids at the place and then I get collared into staying and pushing the wheelchair.. I don't want to go on every trip.. surely they can get another adult to help..

if your kids need wheelchairs, don't they have 1-to-1 assistance in school?

must be really tough, I can see you would want a break. Think you should try speaking to teacher, they probably think you are reassured to be there?

they only need one for distances, so don't use wheelchairs at schools. None of the other parents come on trips, only me.
