and he is 42 and my bestest toy

and I felt prouder seeing him sitting on the shelf in the year one classroom than seeing dd2 sitting on the mat

Oh you have given me an idea. I too have an old bunny who is 32 years old and it is my ds's show and tell next week - I might sugesst he takes my bunny.

Interestingly though my bunny is a girl but enid refers to hers as a HE.

Mine has had lots of operations and smells very musty.

Well my bear is 43 (and a half!) and there's no way my dcs are allowed to even tough him, let alone bring him into school!
