To want to string Meteor Parking up by the short and curlies?

I have season ticket, displayed in car. Slipped a bit, but still clearly visible. Got parking ticket, 90 quid, 45 if paid within 15 days. Emailed them, got reply that they "hope to be able to reply to my query within three working days, but it could take up to fifteen" - so if I wait until then and they don't believe me, I end up paying 90 quid. Oh and they "cannot resolve these queries by phone, only be email or letter."

You can get a weekly e-ticket, where ticket inspector punches car registration into computer to show that you have paid, but this apparently doesn't work for a season ticket.

sympathy given

i would call or something, and do you still have the ticket for reference?

Don't pay it. See here www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/parking-traffic-offences/65341-private-parking-companies-charges .html for details.

Just for info when I have appealed a parking ticket previously (& I must admit it's happened a couple of time!!!) even if i have lost they have given me the chance to pay the lower rate on the odd occasions i have lost. On one occasion in a moment of madness I put the pay and display ticket the wrong way round (it was confusing I hadn't noticed that one side was advertising!!!) and i was let off so it's worth a try. Did you take photos???

your suggested punishment for meteor is way way too lenient - this company makes me more mad than Morrisons and I have had many a run in with them - sometimes successful others not and - but my issue today is i have a ticket but can't find it and surprise cannot find a way to contact meteor - can you tell me what their ticket paying website is?
Many thanks if you can and good luck.
