I have one (nearly 4yo)
I don't object to it.

It's nice to get a sense of perspective sometimse

Though hate those who look down on you cos you only have one and make comments about how your child will be suffering. But PFB comments don't bother me.

No. I was very PFBish with DD1. I freely admit it. But 11 years and three children later, my perspective has changed. I don't think there is anything wrong with telling new parents that this does inevitably happen.

DD (9mths) is my PFB, I actually find it quite useful when embarking on circuitous tortuous spiral of neurosis to remind myself of this.

MrsMattie · 22/09/2008 14:11

About to give birth to my second and am already laughing at my old PFB ways. Not offended.

Beetroot · 22/09/2008 14:12

no why?

is it the parents of pfb's that are objecting

tee hee

Octothechildherder · 22/09/2008 14:12

How about we extend the acroymns to include

PFB
PSB
PTB
PFB(again)
PFB(again)
PSB(again)
and so on

'yes, that happens when it's your PTB'
'Oh, its her PTB, typical!'
