have complained to pizza hut and heard nothing back

We went to pizza hut last saturday and after waiting 15 mins to be seated waited another 20 mins then asked if someone could take our order, then waited another 20 mins and decided to walk out as 4 families who arrived after us had already ordered and received drinks.

I then came home and emailed head office but have heard nothing.

Could they not just send an appology or is it really that difficult.

it seems you may wait a while sounds like thats their style

hope you get an apology though, maybe worth writing/phoning the manager at the actual branch

Maple baked beans:

250g dried haricot beans
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 x finely chopped onions
50 ml maple syrup
3 tbsp tomato paste
800 g ( 2 tins) chopped toms
3 tbsp brown sugar
150 ml veg stock
salt to taste

soak beans overnight, drain rinse, add fresh water and boil for one hour until soft and tender

in a casserole dish, fry onions until golden and soft . Stir in tomatos, beans and all other ingredients.

cover and put in oven at 140 degrees for around 3 hours.

i only used one onion and i used half syrup a nd half honey

Lentil dahl, mrsruffalo's recipe

Fry onions until soft
Add garlic, turmeric and a little cumin
Add red lentils
Add water
Simmer until done
Add coriander (optional)
I serve it for the children like this and for adults I then melt a little butter/oil in a pan, add garam masala and hot chilli powder

just badmouth them at every opportunity, this being a good start

it's probably been passed to the local manager.

we complained to pizza hut last week about a home delivery order which arrived an hour late and stone cold. We got a £10 voucher yesteday though the post with an appology.

You should get on the phone and rant a bit more

We once waited nearly an hour for our order and after we complained nicely we got 50% knocked off Another time we went and they had computer problems and ended up having to shut the restaurant whilst we were still in eating and they didn't charge us at all.

You will never hear back from them had the same problem was told to contact head office they never got back to me Wankers

Watch the restaurant last night & was surprised how long people would wait - good on your for leaving & complaining.
