dd aged 19 is driving me mad. She had a duvet, curtains and rug when she was small (aged about 6). They featured a pink background and a large dog on them, also clouds and woof woof. She asked what the dog was called, and I could not remember its name.

It is driving me mad. Can anyone help? Anyone remember the name of the dog/duvet set.

Please help....this will go round and round my head all night, and I have work in the morning.

My dd has that duvet cover on now!

(she's 6- it's been handed down a few times)

pucca · 15/09/2008 21:26

Glad that its be solved pmsl.

Will try and find a piccie for you now.

MoChan · 15/09/2008 21:31

I had one of those. I'm much older than your daughter. I expect my mum still has it. I'll ask her to take a pic, if she has...

pucca · 15/09/2008 21:34

Having trouble finding a picture though, i can picture it in my head too.

BettySwollux · 15/09/2008 21:36

I was sure it was called SNATCH, cos I used to PMSL, thinking, 'theres no way Im getting into bed with nickname for fanny!!!!'

emj23 · 15/09/2008 21:42

I think he was called Snatch too! I had that duvet cover, except it had a pale blue background.

BarcodeZebra · 15/09/2008 21:43

Sadly, I think Betty is right. It was Snatch. I clearly remember the horror with which I greeted the publisher's rep who tried to sell the tie in books to me in my bookshop. Neither he, nor the publisher had any idea of the slanf meaning of the word.

The books never came out.

pucca · 15/09/2008 21:43

Ok this is really annoying me now, why can i not find a bloody picture!

emj23 · 15/09/2008 21:45

pucca · 15/09/2008 21:46

Hurrah!

Yes it was Snatch, was almost right, quite impressed with my memory to think it was Patch, as my memory is normally pants.

cheshirekitty · 16/09/2008 19:29

Thanks to everyone who enabled me and my daughter to get a good nights sleep.

My patients really appreciated it.
