he has gone to work and locked me and 2YO DS in house. I just text him to tell him I couldn't find my keys and he informs me that he let DS play with them yesterday out in the garden and forgot about them whilst I was at work!

Bloody twat that he is!

I hope he's coming home immediately to unlock the door and find the keys?

YANBU. I 'd be cross as well. CAn you get out a window into the garden to get your keys?

I could go out the window I guess they do open wide enough for my ahem rather large posterior.

He says they might be in house so have a look downstairs, which I'm doing at the moment thankfully DS is sleeping for some odd reason so atleast he won't be 'helping'.

TADAA found them in the basket of pushchair in Porch! Right next to front door bloody eejit. LOL.
