Even if you know you're right and they're wrong. Even though it isn't an illness. Even though they're in the wrong thread and that entitles you to say whatever the hell you like.

OP posts:
VinegarTits · 02/09/2008 16:01

You know what, if that certain op had been a regular, well know poster that thread would have not been taken so seriously, i have seen the most ridiculous Q's posted on aibu, and people have just laughed it off because it was a regular, the op made the mistake of being a new poster and got flamed for asking a light hearted Q.

I m finding this all very strange, and not really what MN is about. A few people on here at the moment seem to be ready to argue/slate/bitch about a few people,(mostly people perceived to be "regulars") no matter what they say. They just want to be a bitch and cause arguments, just for the sake of it.

BTW, I'm not a "regular", or in a "clique".

And name-changing just to be nasty is a bit off, and completely cowardly.

expatinscotland · 02/09/2008 16:11

Oh, go away! When does school start again? I'm complaining to the manager!

SlartyBartFast · 02/09/2008 16:11

in answer to op,
no... complete lack of sympathy with pregnant posters, nothign to be sympathetic about. it is a joyous occasion

however if you have a newborn i have every sympathy.

battleaxeready · 02/09/2008 16:12

stretchmarkqueen · 02/09/2008 16:14

Sorry if I'm wrong, but your posts are very similar to Mollysawally/squishy/ilovefoxes etc... and you only have a few posts to your name.

battleaxeready · 02/09/2008 16:15

Didn't mean you fio

VinegarTits · 02/09/2008 16:20

Did you mean me?

battleaxeready · 02/09/2008 16:21

Mumsnet is like RL, the clique people(ie insecure, need to stick togther and bitch at other people to try and achieve some sense of being good enough) Then there are those who are happy to be nice to everyone nad don't need to stand next to their virtual buddies at all times. That's probably why your regulars, are deeply insecure.

stretchmarkqueen · 02/09/2008 16:22

Lol at you lot!!!

I meant battleaxeready. (again apologies if I'm wrong) It's the way she/he writes "your".

battleaxeready · 02/09/2008 16:24

Is all the nastiness down to newbies/mums being off school ?
One mum posted that her dd starts reception tomorrow. Ds doesn't start school until 16th.
lets hope that we can just get through this nastiness, until little darlings are back at school/these myums get lost, and that things can get back to 'normal'.

Never knew MN was becoming 'term time only'. Shame.

battleaxeready · 02/09/2008 16:26

fio, My comments were not aimed at you.

VinegarTits · 02/09/2008 16:27
