Am I being undermined or just paranoid?????

I am a SAHM and do all the admin, bills, paperwork etc. Currently sorting out life insurance and mentioned to dh that the guy hadn't called me back yet.

Next thing, he is on the phone to his parents asking their advice about what life insurance he should get.

I am not annoyed to get their opinion, his dad particularly is very good at financial advice but I am annoyed because basically I have sorted it out already, bar waiting for one phone call.

I think he should acknowledge this or at least discussed it with me and should have said to his dad, "dw has sorted it out I just want another opinion before we buy" type thing but he just ignored what I have done.

I said I was upset and now I am "paranoid". Am I a big jessie?

depends what the rest of his behaviour is like.

If this is a one off then yes you probably are being paranoid but I'd explain why you feel that way to him.

If this is an example of how he always acts then no you are not being paranoid.

No he's pretty good the rest of the time. Think I got the hump about the menfolk taking over without talking to me, all in my head no doubt.
