it's our money and it's upto us what we spend it on.
if we want a nice house etc we will have one.

Why is it rude to point out that you have a much bigger house than you need? It's true, after all.

yes, of course it is entirely up to you how big your house is, but if it is unusually large, people will of course pass comment. Why did you post about it if you didn't want anyone to notice or say anything?

hf128219 · 22/08/2008 15:44

How many rooms is your big house?

drbread · 22/08/2008 15:44

we have put years and years of hard work into this house.
something that twit doesn't understand.

it is not their place to comment.

You should be donating money to Africa.

crokky · 22/08/2008 15:45

I don't think it's OK for someone to tell you that your house is too big for your family. It's a bit rude.

I think people get pissed off with other people's richness when the rich person either shows off all their rich things or boasts about all their money.

Lauriefairycake · 22/08/2008 15:45

their place

I've heard everything now

drbread · 22/08/2008 15:45

it doesn't matter how many rooms there are or how big it is, it is our fecking home!

OP posts:
forevercleaning · 22/08/2008 15:45

Perhps you show people you have a superior attitude to all your wealth

wasabipeanut · 22/08/2008 15:46

If you were irritated before, you're going to be madder than a wet hen by the end of this one.

Personally I couldn't give a shit.

hercules1 · 22/08/2008 15:46

You sound a little defensive. COuld it be that you're feeling a little guilty as you think there may be some truth in it?

sagacious · 22/08/2008 15:46

I am considerably richer than yowooo

hf128219 · 22/08/2008 15:47

Oooooh, maybe you don't have enough rooms to boast about

drbread · 22/08/2008 15:47

this twit is going to get a piece of my mind next time.

OP posts:
forevercleaning · 22/08/2008 15:47

A donation to Africa may make you feel a tad more humble.

PersephoneSnape · 22/08/2008 15:48

maybe you could adopt an african orphan? that would kill two birds with one stone, so to speak....

drbread · 22/08/2008 15:48

wtf SHOULD I have to give money to africa.
and why the feck does this person think they have the right to say this to me.

OP posts:
forevercleaning · 22/08/2008 15:49

why you so worked up about it anyway, has it hit a raw nerve?

memoo · 22/08/2008 15:50

its been ages since we've had a good troll!!!

Just give me a mo to make a brew and grab some munchies!

drbread · 22/08/2008 15:50

like as if the money would actually even get through to someone that need's it.
intercepted by the goverment more likely.

OP posts:
hercules1 · 22/08/2008 15:50

actually this isn't a good troll.

Cammelia · 22/08/2008 15:51

I think its outrageous that you have such a big house and such a small family. Why don't you sell it and donate the proceeds to Africa instead?

Elffriend · 22/08/2008 15:51

Why do I always miss the good threads?

What have I missed? Who slagged off who? G'wan, tell me Drbread, at whom should I be tutting?

forevercleaning · 22/08/2008 15:51

There are plenty of ways you can ensure the money gets through to the needy.

As someone said Adopting an orphan or paying for a childs education?
