Fundraising

We are doing a fundraising event over three days. We have promised an afternoons takings to the church in exchange for use of the premises. Would we be unreasonable to take our expenses off ie musicians props tickets and programme etc before we hand over the money or is that being unreasonable. I will go by the majority as we dont want to get it wrong.

I think it would be reasonable to hand over the profits of that one afternoon, ie take off the costs of that one day, but not all three days iyswim.

Yes we would divide the expenses by a third.
