V v rude woman on the til in Ponti's in Covent Garden who expected one of my dcs to know exactly what everyone had ordered (2 adults, five children) and turned her back on her in disgust when dd couldn't tell her the whole order, and the lad on an attraction at Thorpe Park yesterday who rolled his eyes coz 2 of my dcs wanted to sit in the back row of a ride and it had obviously spoiled his seating plan!!!!Grrrrrr.

If any staff are ever rude to me I go straight home and e-mail off a letter of complaint to head office.

Oooh nametaken, I complain too. People need not be so rude, especially to children.

I have recently complained twice to 2 different companies and both have been very apologetic. Also, got small compensation too in the form of a free meal.

I emailed a letter of complaint to the local bathroom shop after one of their employees was incredibly rude to us (under his breath) and got a letter back from the manager saying how valued the employee was and IF he'd been rude it was very out of character!. made us really feel like giving them our business. (we didn't).
