To be annoyed at having to spend minimum £35 on a loo seat as council loos dont fit normal seats!!

Homebase - a tenner but doesnt fit

Buildbase - 3 times as much as it's a weird sized loo and that's where the council get them from !

shouldn't they replace it?

No apparently they dont anymore - though think i will give it another try asking them tomorrow. Would it be too skanky to take my old loo seat into Homebase and try to find a near fit
