I opened this thread thinking it was going to be about SWMNBN.

Not every thread ends in a bunfight. Some do, some don't.

HumphreyPillow · 29/07/2008 22:19

I'd rather fight than be 'nice'.

starscream · 29/07/2008 22:20

thats my kind of talk lol

theSuburbanDryad · 29/07/2008 22:22

Humph - did you spill my pint?

HumphreyPillow · 29/07/2008 22:31

I very well may have done!
Would you like to take the matter further?
Perhaps by engaging in a spot of fisticuffs?

theSuburbanDryad · 29/07/2008 22:33

Fight Talk amongst yourselves, dears.

bran · 29/07/2008 22:51

Whenever I post the threads just sort of fizzle out without any fighting, or indeed any further posts.

Look,

fizzling

out

I also thought this thread was going to be on she-who-must-not-be-named - not disappointed though!
some threads don't end up in nasty bitch-slapping - I'm on some nice open-ended ones (pedant's therapy centre, faffers who work at home) - but a lot do. Some people do just seem to want to be controversial for the hell of it (playing devil's advocate ) but I can't see the point in that really...

handlemecarefully · 30/07/2008 00:13

I think it's probably less than 10% that end in this way, you think it is more because the threads which end in rucks are more memorable
