Right: I came home and picked up key from under stone (DP and i had gone out together this am but he had to go to work so he took key home and left it out for me), so not on key fob (big mistake). I came in - carried in bag of shopping, dumped on sofa, dd came in, went back out, brought it pushchair.

Then,,,,, went upstairs, had piddle, changed DD,played with DD with new game from charity shop - then went and fixed lunch, had lunch, faffed around. Then decided wanted to take dog out.......but

ARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH i can't find my key!! I've looked everywhere, ive even asked St Anthony, but he must be on strike.......

This is going to be made worse by DP gloating beause i say i can find anything!!

WHERE IS MY FECKING KEY - the dog has had to tie a knot in his knob

Of course they just disappear. Losing keys is children's speciality. However, I did manage to find one yesterday that DS1 (4 and old enough to know better) had removed from a door at the weekend. The upside was that he was grilled about all his usual hiding places and we found out about two new ones .

They dont disappear , but they do hide .
I lost mine once a while ago. Abloody huge bunch of keys. And when I found them, the were half way up my ds(3.6) coat sleeve!
