I anbi but no rant it bout very stupid people topic

dd has TT today so took her up town,
all was well. got a good on street parking space. so that back of van was yellow lines. also nice dropped kerb.(so no one can park behind and I can access ramp) there is a sticker on my rear window informing people that it is a W.A.V an access is needed for the ramp.
so of we go. get soaking wet come back to van and yes you guessed. a stupid fucker has parked behind me.
not only did she block access for the ramp(i had to pull van forward which I could not have done if ds wasn't with me)
she blocked the dropped kerb.
oh and parked on double yellows.
oh and it was double yellow/keep clear outside a school.
so up she comes carrying her school age child that she had just picked up"sorry, so sorry she goes"
ffs by then I have had to move the van.
go all round her car into road with wheelchair to use other dropped kerb.
and she was just picking her walking child up from school.
I was not nice.

Cannot understand this.
Please re- write it with capitals and better punctuation.
And WHAT IS TT??????

VictorianSqualor · 07/07/2008 13:32

I think it's pretty easy to read tbh.
Some twat parked behind 2shoes van which needed wheelchair access and not only blocked the access but parked on the double yellows and a keep clear sign outside of the school.

YANBU. At all.

I think TT is tumble tots but may be wrong

2shoes · 07/07/2008 13:47

TEACHER TRAINING so she had a day of school. I didn't think why she was with me was the issue so just putt TT.
at the end of the day surely people should know not to park out side a school on yellows and not to block access for a very obvious W.A.V.

She could read just fine. She was just incredibly rude and selfish. One of the "but it was only 5 minutes" brigade ...

2shoes · 07/07/2008 14:00

I have re posted in sn

I had my first experience of taking DH out in a wheelchair at the weekend. Took him to the Grand Prix at Silverstone and he can't walk at the moment due to blood clots so we borrowed a wheelchair. I could not believe how rude and unhelpful people were. The number of idiots who walked in front of us, pushed past and generally made a difficult day even more difficult. I have so much sympathy now for those of you who have to deal with wheelchairs on a daily basis and am full of admiration for you if you manage to keep your tempers. By the end of the day, I was all for installing Boadicea spikes on the wheels and a flame-thrower at the front.

combustiblelemon · 07/07/2008 14:07

You don't need to re post. Zero Tolerance was being a twonk. The woman who parked near you was a selfish idiot.

Hecate · 07/07/2008 14:08

Some people just don't think, do they? But why do you need to repost in SN?

I don't get this. I post a rant.
maybe my grammer isn't brilliant. someone comes on and it rude about it. so I am now a child.
ffs.
It is very rude to comment on another persons spelling.
I posted in sn as there eople will know why I am angry rather than just being funny about grammer.

after the morning I have had. pushing a 13 yr old in a very heavy wheelchair, in the driving rain. I haven't got the patience for hedge and the other person and their snide comments.

Twelvelegs · 07/07/2008 14:12

Perhaps you should drive something that has the strength of a tank so when the inconsiderate twats park behind you you could just drop the ramp and crush their car!!!

P.S. I thought your post clearly represented the fact that you were angry and needed to rant and didn't have time to hit shift!! Pretty effective, no need to repost!!

FAQ · 07/07/2008 14:12

FFS Hedge and ZTT - did you get out of bed the wrong side or something this morning????

constancereader · 07/07/2008 14:13

I could follow it fine.

YANBU, sounds bloody annoying.

2shoes · 07/07/2008 14:13

thankyou twelvelegs. sadly my van (Renault master) is the largest wheelchair access available on motability

you're not a child. responding to someone's post with an irrelevant shot about their spelling/grammar is a cheap shot. But that is no reason for you to feel you need to relocate to SN to post the rant . Rant away all over!!

Hecate people doing that is my pet hate on here. it is so rude. I just can't be arsed to have the whole thread turn into a debate about 2shoes grammer. so I re posted. probaly not a good idea. but will now change to my pmt name

OP posts:
mshadowsisfab · 07/07/2008 14:29

thats better

Hecate · 07/07/2008 14:31

It does drive me up the wall as well, I must admit. It's just so irrelevant to the point of the discussion. Well, unless the discussion is spelling and grammar of course.

Oh, and it's grammar, btw.

heehee.
