My hamster that is, after he has bitten me. And drawn blood. Again.

If I were you I'd ring the rodent police and have him arrested immediately.

There are refuges for hamster-beaten women you know.

Can I sue him for damages too and the cost of the plasters?

I would stick a tail on him and put him under an upturned bucket and call the council

Tell him you're removing his wheel for a day, and he can't have any chewsticks for a week.

Trade it in for a rat, much more civilised and they don't bite as much as hamsters (nasty little critters).
