Because I have never recieved the same amount of money from one month to the next! They seem to have no idea how much I am entitled to, and I'm not just talking about a couple of pounds, it has gone between £40 and £160, and all they ever say is that it's all they've got to allocate to me this month.
They also never ever pay it on time, I have to chase them up almost every month. What is so difficult about taking money from one person and giving it to another. So frustrating!
