Any dentists around? What’s this at the back of my tooth?

Just behind my back molar. It’s sore, but not unbearable. Hurts if I eat that side. I’m aware it’s there if you know what I mean.
I know it’s bad but I’m not registered with a dentist unfortunately. I kept meaning to but never got round to it, since moving to a different town.

Not a dentist but could it be wisdom teeth? Also, I sometimes get pepper grains trapped which can feel sore. Is it throbbing?

If you've not had wisdom already removed or it hasn't come through yet then it could be that. Or it could be something wrong (infection?) with the tooth in front or the gum. I'm not a dentist but I'm in a dentists office! Use a saltwater rinse in the meantime before your appointment.

Maybe the gum is a scratched? I'd just register with a dentist if I were you
