To just cry after my cat pissed on my bed?

I've been ill with some sort of horrid flu on top of having my period. Finally managed to get my bed changed this morning, went to bed a couple of hours ago and kept smelling cat piss. One of them has pissed right in the middle of my lovely fresh clean bed and it has soaked right through to my mattress topper and the memory foam underneath.

I'm absolutely hanging and have no clean bedding because everything went in the wash earlier. I do have sheets but for the life of me I can't find my other duvet.

I genuinely feel like fucking crying. I'm still not properly well and just wanted a good night's sleep!

Oh no that's infuriating. I swear they only do it when you feel like crap too.

I really hope you can get some sleep tonight!

YANBU, I would cry too. Does it happen often, like does kitty have a UTI? My boy went there a horrific phase of spraying and he especially loved spraying my laundry hamper. I did ever test under the sun, I sat with him in the bathroom for about 3 hours waiting for him to pee in an empty litter box so I could take a urine sample only to then be told he was perfectly healthy. In the end he just grew out of it.

His brother cost me a £200 trip to the vet and a litter of blood tests because I was worried he seemed to be losing weight. Only to be told he was in perfect health but recommended anti depressants. Like mother like cat son.

Honestly i think it's because she was upset because my kiddo had friends in. I'll keep an eye on her though!

Oh dear OP, these things are sent to try us.

Mop the mattress now with Fairy and dry with hairdryer. Leave the bedding until you can put it in the machine and go and lie on the sofa.
