To love Meghan and Harry but think they need to let us see the kids?

I'm no Meghan hater, but, if youre coming back to the uk and royal life, I do think the kids need to be shown.

Just like i like seeing Louis and the others, theyve got little personalities we want to see 🤷‍♀️

You love M&H? That’s quite odd. I had no problem with them moving to the US, but I have a problem with their inconsistencies, lies and trashing of their families. And now moving back to a country that apparently treated them like shit and made Meghan suicidal.

None of it adds up. Why do you love people like that?

I think if they are royals getting money from the taxpayer then the kids probably ought to be photographed once a year on some special occasion, such as a family wedding or royal occasion. Nothing more. The kids are innocent, for now, but I don’t rate their chances of remaining so as adults if they are brought up by such a dishonest and slippery pair.

I bet some unfortunate MNer is going to send their kids back to their school next week and find Archie and Lilibet in the playground. What a nightmare!

For a royalist, you don’t seem to know much about the workings (or non-workings) of the royal family. But in any case your interest seems a bit unusual.

I'm no royalist

Or maybe I am getting there in my old age

Gone is the antiestablishment feminist of my youth, i know that for sure

They are not coming back to royal life, they will be private citizens, you have no more right to see their children than mine.

I dont pay that much attention as I find the coverage a bit much with the subtle dislike of meghan

I like them! But did think theyd be working as royals, as their security arrangements seem to be tax funded

Edited

Why do you think that?

Which i took as code for tax funded 😄

Well it isn't.

The attitude of some of the British public and their rights to access photos of other people’s children is insane.

Be as stunning and graceful as Meghan, and I might want to 👀

Not one member of the royal family works so let’s drop that nonsense - waving at crowds and watching sporting finals is no one’s definition of work 🙄.

Some do royal duties some don’t - much more accurate.

You have zero right to see those children and you’re coming across as really creepy. It’s distasteful.

Anyone else getting a whiff of a wind up here.....?

I have no desire to, but I'm sure at some point they will be out there for a fee.

Is this thread now going to be used as an example of social media demanding to see the children and putting their security at risk??

ilovesooty · Yesterday 20:23

hotmumshit · Yesterday 20:21

How do you know?

If it was stated by the PM to be a private and family matter I'm prepared to accept that. I doubt it would be in his interests to lie about it.

I couldn’t possibly say

I have zero interest in what their kids look like. Didn't they release a picture of their dd on her first birthday?

Knickerstoya · Yesterday 20:24

hotmumshit · Yesterday 20:18

No. They’re organising their own security. If they are deemed to be at high enough level of risk they will be given security in the same way as anyone else through RAVEC.

I dont blame them the pure vitriol showm towards them by some weirdos
If they show the children
You can gurantee some people wont be able to help themselves being hateful about the children either .

paomara · Yesterday 20:24

I heard that there is to be a tunnel from their house to the school, and a heli pad to take them from the grounds of their house to the airport for California or Portugal. I didn't hear anything about going to the doc/dentist, getting their jabs or whatever though, that could be dangerous, we might see them.

We have no right to see their children.

NolanChanceJustLikeTheWeatherNSoul · Yesterday 20:25

Don't think H&M will be here long once H has secured money from KC they'll be off.

Their children are not part of it we the public have no right to see them in any capacity.

Nobody wants to see them, don’t worry.

Of course we don’t need to see the kids. That’s weird and inappropriate. I wish H&M would stop posting photos of them. If they don’t want their children in the public eye they should stop using them as props for publicity. Having their heads turned away just makes it all seem hypocritical.

I agree with this. Just keep the children out of any photos. I find it extremely annoying when they post twee photos with heads buried in parents’ shoulders and deliberately turned away as though they’re informal shots rather than carefully curated ‘look, here are our kids, but on principle, we’re not going to show you our kids’ pictures!
