To love Meghan and Harry but think they need to let us see the kids?

I'm no Meghan hater, but, if youre coming back to the uk and royal life, I do think the kids need to be shown.

Just like i like seeing Louis and the others, theyve got little personalities we want to see 🤷‍♀️

No.

Dearg · Yesterday 20:02

i really dislike H& M but leave the kids out of it. We have absolutely no right to see them, or indeed know anything about them

NoelEdmondsHairGel · Yesterday 20:03

How weird. Poor little sods don’t deserve to have people like you monitoring them and prying into their lives. Leave them be.

Sirzy · Yesterday 20:03

You have no right to see any bodies children.

If they have made the choice to keep the children out of the public eye then fair play to them.

William and Katherine didn’t really have a choice in the matter but Harry and Megan do.

I'm surprised by the poll. Not intending to ask a silly question, but why?

Part of the royals deal is that we get a photo every year and see them during the Trooping the Colour, which I love.

Funny you single out Meghan to show their children and not Harry. Not sure what makes you think anyone needs to show their children though, it isn’t a zoo.

There’s a RF board you know

doodleygirl · Yesterday 20:04

Just weird that you believe there is a right to see the children. Leave them alone and crack on with your life

TofuTuesday · Yesterday 20:04

Why though? They are just random kids who are no better than yours or mine. You don’t know them, you’ll never know them. It’s such a weird interest. I’m surprised at how furious I am about the whole privileged lot of them.

Knickerstoya · Yesterday 20:04

No they don’t. They’re not working royals and even if they were it’s up to them as parents.

neverbeenskiing · Yesterday 20:04

No, these people you've never met and have no connection to whatsoever do not "need" to let you see their children. It's really odd that you feel entitled to, or care about, the opportunity to gawp at their kids.

Meghan and Harry - both of them

I dont disagree that the press coverage of will and Harry was way too intense

But the photo and the trooping the colour isn't too much?

The obsession with the whole family is scary. No wonder they want protection

Duckiewasthefirstniceguy · Yesterday 20:05

What a profoundly weird take. No child needs to be in the public eye. No child that grew up in the public eye has ever, as an adult, gone ‘I’m so glad that happened to me, it was great’. My favourite thing about them is the fact that they keep those kids shielded and private.

You’re being entitled and creepy.

Redredrumdedrum · Yesterday 20:06

Ew, no

I’d be happier never seeing George, Charlotte and Louis until they’re 18+ also

Maybe because people here care about the wellbeing of children?

Why on earth would they want to put their children in the public view? What makes you think you are entitled to gawp at other people’s children?

H and M aren't Royal they left and at best are Royal adjacent they are unpleasant individuals and their DC should be left well out of it.

That makes me sad as I genuinely didnt think I was

Its not like theyre some influencers or uk celebs - that would be weird to care

These are royals - funded by the tax payer, held up to us all as the UK's family.

Will and Harry had too much intrusion growing up, i'm sure, but i dont think wills kids do

If youre coming back as a working royal, living off the taxpayer - i dont see why a photo and a trip to Trooping the Colour is too big an ask 🤷‍♀️😬

Exactly. They're private citizens. They don't do royal duties and their children are none of our business.

WildWindySeascape · Yesterday 20:08

Of course we don’t need to see the kids. That’s weird and inappropriate. I wish H&M would stop posting photos of them. If they don’t want their children in the public eye they should stop using them as props for publicity. Having their heads turned away just makes it all seem hypocritical.

bababamama · Yesterday 20:09

If they don’t want them shown that’s fine but they shouldn’t be publishing any photos including from behind or with things obscuring their faces, in fact if they want privacy more generally absolutely fine just stop posting things on social media, 95% of people really couldn’t care less and actually just want him to be happy but he needs to stop shooting himself in the foot, no stuff for publicity, just get a job

They aren’t working members of the RF so not requirement to parade their children in front of everyone.
