Anyone else had problems with OMNES returns not being processed?

Has anyone else had issues with OMNES? I got a message on Klarna when I ordered a dress for a wedding (was ordering a few to try on) saying a few users had reported issues. Stupidly ignored it but returned the dress in perfect condition, plenty of time but now getting notification they haven’t processed it and nothing from my enquiries.

I have returned items to them a few times. Always received a refund but it took a very long time, especially compared to the likes of ASOS who I find quite prompt. OMNES were quick the one time I requested a voucher instead of a refund, though. Hope you get your money soon OP.
