I’ve just come back from the Spider-Man showing at the cinema and I’m honestly amazed that someone thought it was appropriate to bring such young children to a Saturday night showing. One poor child was sat with an iPad, coughing throughout the entire film and sounding really unwell. They probably should have been tucked up in bed rather than sat in a cinema. They’d also brought a baby, who looked to be around 12 months old, and was understandably very grizzly.
I just don’t understand bringing such young children to a late-night showing, especially for a film that really isn’t aimed at that age group. It felt totally unfair on the children, as well as everyone else trying to enjoy the film.
