To be so fed up in the last few weeks of pregnancy

Or any advice on how to buck myself up?!

39 weeks pregnant and I have the most perfect 2 year old DD. It's always just been me and her and we have the loveliest relationship. But in this last leg of pregnancy my DP has finished for paternity, family from both sides are trying to be around more and naturally she's gravitating towards everyone else as they are able to be more fun and full of energy for her while I am feeling like a whale 😂 and I just hate it and it's making me really sad.

i am quite independent anyway and always refuse help and just feel like this is how its gonna be for a while when my newborn arrives and feel a real loss of control and panic at how everything's gonna change. How did the hyperindependent girlies manage this transition?

Also just generally fed up of people being around all the time/trying to make plans because the limited energy i have I want to give to my DD, and I cba feigning pregnancy bliss to people. Just want it to be me and me DD and everyone else to go away 😂 anybody else feel like this, or how do I manage it?

I certainly didn’t feel any pregnancy bliss at 39weeks 🤣
it’s tough going at the end. I had 3 caesarean sections though so I had to accept help in the first few weeks, I concentrated on recovering and establishing breastfeeding and I had to have husband or family do literally every other job, including looking after the other children. Good luck x
