Invisalign or train track braces for teen?

Please share your braces advice! DD is 12 with all of her adult teeth in. Do we go Invisalign or train tracks? Any other advice??
I definitely want her to get braces (wonky teeth at the bottom), but I am also worried about not using a good professional for it. We’ve agreed and paid a deposit on an open day, but I can’t find any reviews of the orthodontist online now we’ve got home which is making me feel uneasy - especially as we are now committed to using them due to the open day (large) deposit!

Train tracks for that age. I would be very concerned about a 12 year old taking Invisalign out at lunchtime in school to eat and then not putting them back in or losing them.

I meant to also ask - can they be done badly?? I got a good feeling about the orthodontist but that doesn’t make them good at their jobs and I feel like I wish I’d checked for reviews first!

Yes it can be done badly. There are many appointments where they subtly engineer the teeth into place. Ask your actual dentist if they think the orthodontist looks ok.
