Anyone else keep watching job listings even when fairly happy?

Do you keep an eye out for jobs in your field even if your not really looking?
I'm reasonably happy with my job but I still have alerts on LinkedIn and other job sites.
I've found one today of interest but I do really love my actual job but ive recently had a change of management so politics are getting worse.
I'm also a bit of a job hopper 2/3 years in a role always moved to more senior/money.
Is this just me or anyone else?

But would you apply? I'm tempted with this one as its civil service and I know it takes months.
Since my manager was made redundant 4 months ago 2 people in my team has quit, hence the soft looking.

I always have my eye out. Been at my place 15 years though unlikely I’d actually leave.

Yes I would apply. You don’t have to take it if offered it but at least you have the choice?
