To like reading old MN threads

I like reading old MN threads. I like reading threads from twenty years ago and realising the difficult toddlers are probably buying their first homes now or someone who was overdue and fed up in 2014 is preparing her child for secondary school.

Is it just me? Often seemed nicer back then too …

How do I find older threads?

You can search - so say if you put in something like ‘worried about giving birth’ and filtered it between 2005 and 2007 you’ll get all manner of threads.

@CatesandAle I don’t want to sound like a nob here, genuinely, but the south east doesn’t make up most of the uk; it’s a tiny proportion of it. And some will be, either because their parents are loaded or they are buying in a comparatively impoverished area or have very good jobs.
