Has anyone got these ankle boots/chelsea boots and can tell me what they’re like?

You might need to be more specific. And helpful as to which brand.

They look like short wellies .

What brand are they??

I have a pair like that for walking the dog, they’re great, fully waterproof and comfortable. Mine were cheap as chips.
